In a 2019 study, asked whether they disabled location tracking on their smartphones, 71% said yes. That broke down into 33% who said “yes” (always) and 38% who said “sometimes, when prompted to opt-in.” This is one of the reasons why with Mobile Conquesting we can’t record EVERY visit for on-site visit tracking. People have to have seen the ad, come to the client’s location AND have location tracking on.
