Mobile Conquesting Cross Platform Targeting is an optional add-on to mobile conquesting to follow people who have been served mobile ads onto other ad platforms on ANY device they use. Those other ad platforms include Facebook, Instagram, Social Mirror, Display, Native and Video Pre-Roll. Anyone who is served an ad can be targeting, not just who clicks an ad.
It is NOT available for OTT, Online Audio, Amazon, Native Video, HHIP Targeting, PPC or YouTube.
