If someone selects the TEXT US button it will go to a text number provided by Live Chat that will match the area code of the client’s phone number.  (It cannot be a client’s personal cell phone text number)  The user can then text with a live agent.  That texting conversation, once completed, will be emailed to the client’s designated email address where they’ve told us to send leads (just like we sent Live Chat box leads).  With a texting conversation the client will always get the phone number of the potential customer because that is captured.
