The invite chat box will like this this:
The default will be to have a picture of the agent. The agent photo could be a client logo instead. Once clicked, the agent picture will rotate so that people don’t get the same image all the time. If the client does not want to use the picture or wants to use their own pictures we can do that but the default will look like the above. We are not giving clients the option to choose from different invite looks however if they want something different it can be customized but the above is best practice. Colors will be chosen by Live Chat to match the website.
Once the user clicks on “Start Chat” it will open to a dialogue box that has both the picture and the client’s logo:
