Live chat generally does not work well on a website with a shopping cart on it.  Since visitors to those sites tend to ask very specific questions about product features and pricing, and since this is not something our agents have access to,  it causes frustration for the visitor.  If getting a lead is not important and its more product based questions Live Chat doesn’t work well.  This would include categories such as grocery stores, restaurants (unless catering leads are important) fast-casual restaurants, car washes, etc. typically do not benefit from Live Chat.
