Is Address Targeting a strategy that I can combine with other mobile conquesting strategies?

Address Targeting must be its own 100,000 impression minimum. At that minimum, you can have up to 2 lists with two sets of ad creative. So if you want to run another mobile conquesting strategy you must add it as it’s own line item at it’s minimum as well, which is 50,000 impressions per list.
