To see data for these two reports the account has to be set to collect that information (it does not do so by default). To do this:
- Sign in to the Analytics account.
- Click ADMIN in the menu on the left side of the page.
- In the PROPERTY column, click PROPERTY SETTINGS.
- Under ADVERTISING FEATURES, set Enable Demographics and Interests Reports to ON.
- Click Save.
