When we are geo-fencing an event and serving ads with Mobile Conquesting and the client will also be at the event and expecting to see their ad, please instruct them to do the following. Ask them to download the app WEATHERBUG which is one of the 150,000 apps that the exchange serves on. Ask them to enable their location services within the app and on their phone. This will give us the best chances of being able to serve the ad to that client’s device, during the event.
