Yes. Live Chat integrates with most CRM systems to ensure your team isn’t missing important lead information.  To access the list of CRMs we have successfully integrated with click here, CRM Systems.
If you do not see the CRM on the list, reach out to your Vici trainer. We should be able to integrate with the system.
To make sure the integration goes smoothly we’ll need the following information:

1) End Point URL (Url through which our system can communicate with your CRM)
2) Post Method (Get or POST)?
3) Content Type (Url-encoded or JSON)?
4) Api* fields name.

Please provide any API documentation for CRM provider.

*Some CRM systems provide an API Key for us to integrate with.

For Salesforce, please provide the the Organization ID.   To get the Organization ID they need to go to Setup > Administrator Setup > Company Profile > Update your company information > Salesforce.com Organization ID.
