Yes. Leads (both billable and non-billable) are emailed and appear in Reporting.zone. However we can provide transcripts of all Live Chats when requested. Just ask your trainer and we can manually download all transcripts of Live Chats initiated into an excel spreadsheet. Keep in mind if the end customer did not engage with the chat, our system will register as “chat initiated” but won’t have a chat transcript.
