No. With Mobile Conquesting Address Targeting we cannot expand the radius outside of the initial address list to their neighbors (lookalike). We can only target those addresses who have opted into marketing and not their neighbors when targeting with a database. Instead, we can take the zips of the addresses we are targeting and target them as a whole.
