Yes. Live Chat has a rules engine which allows us to ask the visitor which state, etc. they are in, and then send leads to the appropriate location contact or office based on the response.  Live Chat has a lot of flexibility and can even to ask a multiple choice question right up front with a specific script to be used based on the response about location, specific service or product as examples. We also use the location information provided to verify if it is a viable lead(billable) based on service area.
